DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped from our Idaho studio Monday-Friday within 14 business days after placing your order.

Packages ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order and can be used to track the progress of your shipment. 

Cindy Kirk Designs is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
