Returns

100% satisfaction with your CKD original is the goal with every bag shipped. Happy customers make a happy Cindy. That said, if for some reason you are less than delighted, items are returnable for store credit if returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Cindy Kirk Designs does not offer refunds. Shipping for returns and exchanges is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a product flaw.
